A coating must be environmentally friendly but nevertheless resilient. Josko makes it possible and uses water-based toy-varnish as coating for their internal doors.  

For the highest degree of scratch and impact proofing, simple care, best protection against yellowing and robust moisture resistance the varnish is hardened during production using artificial UV irradiation. And so that Josko surface treatment also remains clean in-house, the entire over-spray is recycled, the service water is comprehensively treated and is fed back into the production process.
