PASSIVE HOUSE
THE FIRST RENOVATION OF A PRIVATE BUILDING TO PASSIVE HOUSE STANDARD ANYWHERE IN AUSTRIA.
The project was sponsored by the Federal Ministry as a pilot project as part of the “House of the Future” sub-programme and served as an ecological pioneering project for numerous other renovations in this area.
RESULTS OF THE PROJECT:
THE RESULT IS BOTH ECOLOGICALLY AND OPTICALLY IMPRESSIVE:

RESULTS OF THE PROJECT:
- Reduction in thermal heat requirement by 95%!
- Before renovation 97 m2 and a consumption of 280 kWh/m²
- After renovation 204 m² and a consumption of 12 kWh/m²
- Reduction in annual energy costs from around € 1,500.- to around € 70.-
- Reduction in CO2 emission by 100%
