Aluminium cladding of the frame and leaf perfectly matches Evos Alu doors to Josko aluminium clad windows and the Lignum-Alu entrance doors. You have a choice between high-quality powder coating in RAL and NCS colours, noble anodised colours and special effect colours with wood look.

Design and comfort

A wealth of variety through mouldable laminates and wood.
Extensive range of colours – 8 RAL shades at the standard price
Smooth door leaf – no frame as with conventional aluminium doors
The High-end versions are the flush look frame and door leaf (SET) or flush glass panes
Glazing lips discernible only by a small gap – no screws or protruding edging
A diversity of elements (such as glass, footplate, handle etc.) are available in flush version
Colour matched high grade glass seal (silicone sealer)
Concealed and three-dimensionally adjustable hinges enable effortless adjustment of the heavy door leaf, without unhinging
Flush design eliminates protruding ridges or recessed grooves, facilitating cleaning and care
Gentle closing
Various material mixes possible (RAL, aluminium, wood etc.)

Thermal insulation

Frame made of solid, warm wood, in RAL colours for SET, reinforced with hardwearing high pressure laminate or aluminium cladding
Solid door leaf structure with 51 mm insulating foam core with optimal thermal insulation up to Ud = 0.86, compared to conventional aluminium doors with Ud = 1.5
Triple glass with aluminium exterior and standard flush glass inlay, remainder optional

Security

Virtually all Evos VET series models are available in security class WK2
Solid core doors of the Evos VET range are standard WK2, provided certain conditions in respect of handles, assembly, dimensioning, opening direction etc. are compliant
All Evos doors (also SET) come standard with a “WK2” door leaf structure, WK2 lock and lock cylinder and are available with appropriate WK2 safety glazing
Standard 5-point locking
Door striker pins and swing bolts are specially tempered pursuant to the DIN 18103 safety standard
Tested stability pursuant to EN 1121 for best deformation values
All Evos solid core doors are also available as officially tested fire doors
